EIBA NATIONAL COMPETITION RE-SPOT RULE AMENDMENT
The Bowling Committee has decided to reward the Summer 2026 players who have supported the club through the Summer months by holding a Summer Presentation Evening and tying in a Winter Season pre meet for all members on Friday 4th September 2026 at 6.30pm.
As well as recognition for the Summer League and Competition winners who will be presented with their prizes by Club President Roger Clark, the evening is designed to be is a great opportunity for all members to get up to speed on any changes to rules, formats etc prior to the Winter Season kicking off in earnest.
Subscriptions have been frozen once again at last year’s prices, and become due on 1st September so this also represents an opportunity to renew your club subscription in good time and to collect any sheets your captains may have prepared ready for the Winter Season games.
The Winter programme will be available to view on the website from Monday 3rd August 2026.
Tickets for the presentation Evening/Winter Season Members Meeting are available at the bar for just £2. This will entitle holders to admission on the evening which will include sausage and chips, Presentations, Entertainment from a local band, and a Q&A Session with Danny, and Alistair Weir (Bowling Director) who both see this as a great opportunity to interact and share information with the membership ahead of the new season.
