Come and join our friendly group for six gentle, creative sessions of Mindful Doodling — a simple yet powerful practice that helps calm the mind, spark creativity, and bring a sense of quiet joy into your week.

You don’t need to be an artist, or have any experience with mindfulness. This is an accessible space for all – whether you’re looking to slow down, meet like-minded people, or simply give your mind a rest from the busy-ness of life.

It’s part meditation, part creative flow — and uses simple, structured patterns and shapes you already know.
