URGENT - SUNDAY MORNING WITHDRAWALS
URGENT MESSAGE FOR SUNDAY MORNING CAPTAINS & PLAYERS
With great regret I have to pass on information relating to two teams dropping out of the Sunday Morning Leagues this coming season:
In Division A it is clear that 'Washers' will not have sufficient personnel to complete their fixture list and the decision has been taken to withdraw the team from the league immediately. Will all captains in Division A please take note and inform their players of 'BYE' weeks when they should have played 'Washers'.
I have moved the matches out of the 9.30-11.30 slots on the booking calendar to enable competitions and/or roll ups to be booked on a Sunday morning.
In Division B we have known for some weeks that illness and injury will prevent most of the original squad of 'MAGNETS' from competing this year. It had been hoped that these places might be filled but it's getting harder and harder to find players willing to play Sunday Mornings now and I am reluctantly withdrawing the team to avoid later confusion.
Will all captains in Division B please take note and inform their players of 'BYE' weeks when they should have played 'MAGNETS'.
